Hi, I bought an extended license few weeks ago and beg for an answer regarding a issue. I received one answer signed by Anamaria. Afterthat, no more. I note sadly your support team does not work. So I urge you to refund the price of this recent extended license. Regards,

Sorry, but I do not understand, after you got the answerer, this was not working? Did you com back to let us know the results? If not, then it was suppose that the problem has been resolved.
However if you want to make a refund request you can do it using this link https://themeforest.net/refund_requests/new and if the request is eligible then we will approve it as soon as possible and Envato will refund your money.
