We just purchased the newspaper theme. Because of all the usual configuration that needs to be done to achieve our desired look and feel, our team needs to install it first on a local virtual machine to play it and when we know we have achieved the final configuration install it in our live website.
For this scenario our one license works right? It will be used in one end product only.

Hi,
The Envato license specifies that each code can be used on a single end product
– https://themeforest.net/licenses/standard
– https://themeforest.net/licenses/faq
So a testing environment or local private install will not be a violation of the terms.
