So the template loads but gives an error and I see the 404 page..
I try to install new template and it just sits there not downloading.. some download 75% some dont even start.
I have search for this problem and made all the adjustments in the .htaccess and wpconfig still not working..

Please let me know if you added a custom code to the template.
Also, please try to go in Cloud Templates, select the template, edit it => https://i.imgur.com/DpvZKj5.png and try to revert a revision => https://i.imgur.com/jbmCnzm.png

Also, please if you can do a test using the theme plugins, clear all cache and see if the issue persists.
