Snow script help

Hello, I need your wisdom. As in this Christmas season I want to include a snow effect in the header, as a reference to to this , I have seen this video where there is a script and how to change the color of the snow, but I don’t know how to put it in the theme if they know of some time that is easier.

Unfortunately, we do not have this animation in our theme, but you can use a plugin in order to achieve this.
For example, WP Snow Effect. Please install it and see the results.
