Filtering post type on the widget

Hi,

At this moment, I have tried to display posts on the widget by filtering.

I am using the plugin called “the event calendar” and need to display these posts on the widget.

Setting on the widget, I entered the post type “tribe_events”, but nothing will shows up.

On the bottom of the field, it says “Filter by post types. Usage: post, page, event – Write 1 or more post types delimited by commas”, so I tried with “event” but it does not work at all.

I am afraid to say that I could not find any useful articles on this forum.

Please let me know how I can manage to solve this issue.

I forgot to mention…

I added the block on the page, and added posts on the events calendar by filtering with “Post type”. It does work fine.

I only tried to create the sidebar widget once, so I might miss out something.

Hi, Again… Sorry about this.

I access to the sidebar widget from Appearance > Customize > Widget > Newspaper default.

Somehow, Appearance > Widget, I cannot do anything on this… block icons will not appear. = nothing on this.
