Hello i have lost my envato account.
How can i recover my licence key and install the theme on a new site.
I have my licence key activated in other websites and on this forum account but i can’t read it entirely.

You need to contact Envato to help you to access the account

Also, you can use only a license key for one single product(website).
According to Envato license terms, a theme can be used for a single end product (website):
– https://themeforest.net/licenses/standard
– https://themeforest.net/licenses/terms/regular
If you use the same key on other websites how you mentioned above, then we encourage you to buy the license for every website you use in order to avoid any other issues.
