Where is "Enable AMP" toggle button?

I can’t find the toggle button – [enable AMP].

Acccording to this document (https://tagdiv.com/amp-newspaper-theme/), there looks like a toggle button.

I resolved this problem（the toggle button suddenly appeared for some reason）.
