Hi, I cannot open theme panel. other options can open as normal. could you please help?

Hi,
If I understand correctly, the problem is that you click on the theme panel settings/options and those are not expending. If is so then most probably, this is a plugin conflict, please make a test using only tagDiv plugin.
In case that this was not what you mean, please let me know and please provide some more details and some screenshots.

Yes, when click on theme panel it will switch to wordpress login page. But it works now by clear all cache.
