What is td_011_remote_cache in the db options?
How it is generated? From a theme option?

That it is used by the theme for data like social counter, YouTube videos, Instagram feeds..
If you want you can clear it and will no longer store the old data and only the new one that is use now on your website.

How to clear it?
What plugin will clear them? We tested several, and none did it: WP Optimize for example and Advanced Database Cleaner.
