Is there a way to disable the return to top of the page button on both the desktop theme as well as the mobile theme (tagDiv mobile theme).

Never mind. I figured it out. For those wondering in the future, I added the following code to the custom code section.
.td-scroll-up {
display:none;
}

If you are using the last theme version, Newsmag 5.1 then will no longer require an extra code, you can use the option from the theme panel -> https://i.imgur.com/11Hr7wi.png
