Paid Support Required to Setup my Site for Mobile and AdSense

From the day one, we are trying to setup our website https://firstnews.pk the way it is shown in the demo, we’ve always failed. Plus the fact that we want to show multiple ads on our website which includes videos ads, banners, in article ads, bottoms and lot others. We dont know how to do that. The next step which confuses us is Mobile Version or AMP? How many thumbnail (featured image) sizes we need to active. Also that, how to improve the website speed? What are the standard image sizes that we need to use? Do we need to compress all the images before we put into an article or should we use a plugin to compress images. How to create sitemap for Google News? These are all the issues which are very challenging for us. We would request you to kindly fix all of these issues for us and we are willing to pay a small amount that you may wish to charge. Please help us as our business is at risk.
