We have a concern regarding the desktop content be displayed on a Mobile device. When we view the site on a Samsung Galaxy S21 +5g, Model # SM-G996U. The web pages loads fine in Portrait with the Mobile Menu, when we rotate the device to Landscape it display the desktop menu and content. Please advise how we can correct this globally.

See link showing the site on landscape. https://www.screencast.com/t/Scwts9Ber20

Hello!

Normally, it should apply the mobile view. Please check if this is not the tablet view and you can resize the view because the settings are responsive which means the values will be applied on that viewport only. Please note that you need to check every page to make sure they are responsive.

Thank you!

Not really clear on what you replied “and you can resize the view because the settings are responsive which means the values will be applied on that viewport only.”

Sorry.

Hello!

I mean that you can access the tablet viewport and mobile viewport from the tagdiv Composer: https://www.screencast.com/t/YUVUcyrgh and https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB
Access every page from there and make sure they are looking great and well positioned. For example, if a table is not displaying correctly horizontally, make it vertically for a good use. Also, if you have 1 row and 3 columns and you need more space for them, then you can align them vertically, one column after the other one(no sidebar I mean). Every setting like this is responsive and it will appear only on that viewport which you modify. You can see this by simply switching the viewport, just to be sure.

Thank you!
