As my site is newspaper so i want to set auto refresh setting for my visitor. News always update and visitor will see automatically update the new news.
One More, How can i set auto notifaction setting when news will posted and automatically my visitor will get the notifaction about the new news.

Can you please provide some more details about the auto refresh? Are you referring that when you publish a post this is not display for users until you do not refresh/clear the cache? If is so, then it can be from the cache plugin that it is used, this must be configurate to be clean when a post or page is published.
For the notification, I think that you can use a newsletter, the users will subscribe and when you’ll add a new posts, those will get an notification with it.
