Permission Problem with the theme

My Authors are able to see this Cloud Template option of Newspaper Theme. And they are able to add new posts to that cloud template. Please help

Hello,

Only the administrator and editor can do changes or import a template with tagDiv Composer and can save it.
The authors can’t import a template and they can only see them https://i.imgur.com/ObiYfPD.png
