Hey,

Here is page’s address: orfeo.warszawa.pl
How can I make the breadcrumbs show all the steps through all the parent pages. Here in the video below, at the end the breadcrumbs should show: STRONA GŁÓWNA|BOGUSŁAW KACZYŃSKI|BIOGRAFIA, instead they show STRONA GŁÓWNA|BIOGRAFIA

Thanks in advance!

Hello Barbara,

Please check if you have the checkbox to show the parent category, also you can add a child category if you want -> https://i.imgur.com/GsylJ3Q.png

Thank you!

Hey 🙂

I have done it in articles, and for articles it works, but it doesn’t work for pages. Some pages have parent pages, and that is not reflected in bread crumbs, how can I change that?

As shown below I cannot find an option in the breadcrumbs settings to change it on the page:

Which does have a parent page:

Hello Barbara!

On pages, the breadcrumbs should have only 2: home->page name. Maybe you’re talking about category siblings element?

Thank you!

Hi, thanks for the answer. And is there anyway the breadcrumbs could show the whole way through the home – parent page name – page name? On Sites not on posts (single articles)?

And one more question regarding bread crumbs. On the mobile pages, they show the mobile pages names. Can the mobile pages have the same names as the regular ones so that the breadcrumbs don’t show something else than on the computer?

Hi BarbaraZ,
Unfortunately, for the moment the breadcrumbs element from the page do not have the option to display the path like that, it can display only on this structure home>page name. I made a request to be improved and like this home>parent page>page name.
Also, if you are using the mobile page, then the mobile page need to have the same name as the desktop page, only then the path of bread crumbs will be display the same.
Thank you!

Hello, I’d like to revive this with a problem related to breadcrumbs.

Breadcrumbs on mobile are showing: front page > category and on desktop they’re showing front page > category > article title.

How can show the full breadcrumb on mobile, as it is on the desktop version ?

I’m using the latest version of the Newspaper theme with the Standard Pack.

Thanks.

Nevermind, I solved that. I was wondering, though, if there’s an option in the theme to show images in the main wordpress feed, or if you have a solution for that ?

Thanks.

Hi,

Can you give me an example of what you want to add?

Thank you!

I want to show the featured image from articles in the main wordpress article feed.

Also, in the newest version of the theme speed booster has dissapeared. Is there any replacement to move certain assets to the footer ?

Thanks.

Hello,

The tagDiv Speed Booster plugin has become a deprecated plugin, so please uninstall it.
You can use flex block 1 and design it as you want -> https://i.imgur.com/QIESTlS.png

Thank you!

I’m sorry, I wasn’t clear enough.

I want to show the featured images for articles in the wordpress rss feed: domain.com/feed/.

Since the speed booster plugin is deprecated, are there any options inside the theme to move assets to the footer, for example ?

Thanks.

Hi lecker,
Unfortunately, there are no other options in the theme to move assets in the footer, but this can be done with some extra plugins, maybe a plugin like this https://wordpress.org/plugins/assets-to-footer/ can be used.
To add the featured image in the rss feed you can try the steps from this guide https://wpism.com/image-wordpress-rss-feed/
I hope this will help you!
