When I hit the disket button the builder suddenly does not work.

Hello,
Please provide more details about what layouts you want to delete. If this is a cloud template you can delete it from Cloud Templates -> https://i.imgur.com/6UwvT5c.png
Also, please check if the problem is not from a plugin conflict, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.
