I tried with Tagdiv editor but there is not any delete option to remove that part.

That black line is a row from the TagDiv Composer. Please edit the homepage with the TagDiv Composer, and delete it, make sure you select the row of the element when you drag and drop it: https://www.screencast.com/t/pxuOzYIIpcG
