Hi dobriyalji,
I think that what you mean is to set the tags from each post automatically in meta description, if is so, then you can do this using a SEO plugin (I suggest Yoast SEO). Then just add the tag element with the rest of tags for meta description https://i.imgur.com/80dxmo8.png and the problem will be solved.
