Good morning, I have a problem with our website, the website was working correctly, but since the 28th I cannot access the featured image section of the website, neither for new entries nor for old ones and some of those that were published, the featured image is not displayed on the front page of the website.

Good morning, Thank you for your answer. We continue with the same problem, but since the newspaper is online I have deactivated the entries that do not publish images. Right now I can’t access the featured image in published posts or to create a new post, this option is not available in the control panel. Thanks!

Please make a test, deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache from your browser and let me know the results! Check the PHP version that you have and use it the recommended one 7.4.
