How to remove website name in Category SEO Title

Hello All,

I use Yoast SEO to manage my SEO and Meta.

However for the categories the title of the site is displayed. I removed %%sitename%% from Categories Title Template Taxonomies in the yoast seo plugin .

I think the theme is somehow displaying it. Can you pls help ?

Seems like Yoast SEO Meta Title Control doesn’t work and that the theme overwrite yoast seo settings…
how to make sure yoast seo is fully working for title control directly from yoast seo.

tagDiv doesn’t usually control the titles like that so greater SEO results can be obtained with tools like Yoast SEO. Can’t know for sure without seeing your site and the title tag output. URL please.

Hi,

We use SEO by Yoast also on our demo. Anyway I tested this and seems to work fine: http://screencast.com/t/NEYc2z005F – http://screencast.com/t/Lg6qSyINxsLr
Please empty cache and try this without any plugins active, leave just Visual Composer plugin and Seo by Yoast active and check again.
Please provide more details if you still have this issue and also your site URL.
