We are currently using your Newspaper theme for our blog, and it’s pretty good. We found a theme we really liked.
We also have a support site which is also built on wordpress, and are wondering if you have a theme that is suitable for support sites / documentation sites/ knowledge bases?

We have two themes: Newsmag and Newspaper.
Now the Newsmag is a basic theme and with a few options, but Newspaper it is a complex theme and it can be used on different purpose, all the demos from here https://demo.tagdiv.com/select_demo/select_demo_newspaper/ are made using Newspaper theme, so the layout can be adjusted. Also the functions from an demo can be apply for all of them.
In my opinion is that for documentation sites/ knowledge bases it can be used without problems. Now for the support sites if you need to make a forum, then you’ll need supplementary plugins.

For our Knowledge base we are using a plugin called BetterDocs.

The issue is that your theme does not work with custom taxonomies and custom post types. This is a huge problem as your theme does not work with anything else except default taxonomies and post types.
