How do I get my posts and content to appear on homepage

I have installed Pulses pro, how do I get my posts to appear instead of the demo posts and get my sections on the front page?

You can import only the design without content -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ezaaE2VP7V8
You need to delete the posts imported from the prebuilt website.
