Single Post: Category Overlay Color (on mouse hover)

Hello,

On my website (https://newscafe.mu/) when I go on any single post page, there’s the “category” that appears above the title.

Initially, the “category” layer was red, but I somehow managed to change it to blue (as per my color theme). Kindly take a look at the picture below:

However, whenever I mouse-hover on the “category” it changes color to red. Find picture below:

Please advise how I can either remove the mouse-hover color effect, or simply set it to the same color (blue) so that it doesn’t change when I put my mouse over it.
