Hello,
On the header AD dashboard there is a possibility to show the big header adsense ad on mobile phones, but it says “Google adsense requiers that you do not use big header ads on mobiles!”
Is this not allowed by Google? Even though the big ad scales?

Hi,
No this is against their policy. You can find more info here: https://support.google.com/adsense/answer/1346295?hl=en
If you set a custom ad size for your adsesne ads then the ads will not be resized automatically by the theme and the ad banner will load at the selected dimension on mobile also.
