I have replaced the header. Deactivated every single plugin. to try to find it. The amount of issues this theme has is ridiculous. How is Newspaper theme which has thousands of downloads can’t even optimize for iPads? Are you guys joking? of https://thegtha.com/ I cannot click any of the headers. Yes I tried to replace it with a different cloud header and it’s not working.
I just checked and there were about 100 other customer’s website with the same problem for iPad Pro etc and you guys keep giving the same answer that “your work iPad is unavailable” or some unrelated answer. This theme is so unsatisfactory. Give me a real answer if you don’t know then tell me you don’t know. This support is so awful. Like why can’t the developers make the theme responsive to all platforms? Are you joking?
