My client was using a an older version of NewsMag and the currency sticker was displaying fine, Until I update and upgraded the theme; Now is disappeared.
Please, how do I get to display again as before?

Only updating the theme will not remove the news ticker, maybe there re some changes or maybe some plugins are not enabled. If the page is assigned as homepage, please check the revisions -> https://www.wpbeginner.com/glossary/revisions/

My client is requesting the Currency exchange rate be restored. Please, how do I restored that?

I have re-inserted the exchange widget, configured the exchange widget and inserted the API key. Yet it’s saying: Api key is empty. Configure this block/widget and enter an api key ?

I just checked the currency element and for me is working -> https://prnt.sc/AAvUs3diOBBS’
If you set the api key and after the save this is not display, please try to set it again, if you set it 3-4 times and this is still not display, then please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the wp-admin access and the exchange api key. We’ll check it as soon as possible.
