Hi,

I am using cloud header template, when I add buttons to “top bar” section and edit it with tagDiv Composer all categories display properly but only “advert” (which is the custom category type of the wp-advert plugin) then the css of the buttons is not applied properly. How to fix it?

Thank you!

Hi,
Unfortunately, I’m not sure that I understand correctly the problem, some screenshots will help!
If the cloud template looks correctly when you edit it, but is no longer look correctly when you check it on categories, then it can be from a plugin conflict. Please make a test using only tagDiv plugins and check the results.
If this is not what you mean, please let me know and please provide some screenshots with the problem that you are facing.
Thank you!

Hi,

It displays correctly on all categories and pages. Only on this custom category is the color and size displayed incorrectly (padding and background clolor when edited with tagDiv Composer ), although the spacing and placement of the buttons are correct. When I click the “edit with Tagdiv Composer” button on this custom category I get a blank page saying “No post_id received via GET”

This is the correct customization: https://imgur.com/EmWIxd4
Here is the CSS displayed on the custom category: https://imgur.com/yChp80r

Thank you!

Hello @chauthong2!

Please check if there is applying this color from Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Theme colors -> General theme colors -> Theme accent color. If you use something custom from a plugin, it could be a plugin conflict with our theme. You can change the CSS there too: https://forum.tagdiv.com/create-custom-code-using-the-browsers-inspector/
Also, try to apply !important after every line like this for example: .class{background-color: red!important;}
And it should apply the correct CSS.

Thank you!

Hi,

I checked under “Theme accent color” it’s not this color. I mean want to find out what is the cause of this error, same “header cloud” but somehow the error occurs in only this custom category. Do I need to copy the files in the plugin/td-standard-pack/… folder to the child theme folder?

Thank you !
