Hello, I am using “newsweeK pro” theme: i keep losing my word press admin bar and the news ticker up top keeps buffering. These 2 problems happen frequently, resolves itseslf on its own and then happens again. how do i fix this? thank you!

I think that something is causing this problem. Maybe it is related to a code or extra plugin. Now the strange part is that you said that this problem gets resolved by itself.
