Can't delete improperly deleted and remained plugin files

Hello,
I have encountered a fatal error on our WP site. While deleting the plugin(Akismet) after deactivating it on the admin panel, I found the Plugin folder we were not using on the file manager (because it had a different folder name so I thought it was not the same one), so I just deleted the folder and realized that it was the folder of the plugin I was doing deleting process. So I just replace the folder and it crashed the site. We recovered most parts but we can’t delete the Akismet plugins. When we try to delete the plugins, it crashes the site again. I can see one more same plugin in the plugin list and it seems one of them is the one that was not deleted properly. In the beginning, there were Akismet and Akismet_spam plugins and now there are three. Akismet, Akismet, and Akismet_spam.

We cannot find it on the DB now as it was already deactivated from the admin panel. I think the problem is coming from the wp-content or wp-admin folder. When it crashed, the wp-admin folder was empty so we had to replace them with backup files.

Do you know how we can delete the problematic Akismet plugins from the admin panel? We are worried it makes other problems in the future so we want to delete them.
Please let us know how to delete them.

Hello @hanna2390!

Please note that Akismet plugin is not from our theme.
Every new install of WordPress comes with two plugins – Akismet Anti-Spam and Hello Dolly. They are disabled by default.

Thank you!
