Hello, for some reason, the menu icons are suddenly lost from my homepage. I noticed that when i create a new page, they are missing too, but on new articles they are there normally. Please help me, i want them..

Seems the problem was that i removed the buy now button. I re installed the theme and i got them back.
Still, how can i remove the buy now without losing the icons? And, in future if the icons are missing again, how can i get them back without reinstalling the theme, since you can’t do this once the site goes live.

Yes, seems to be a problem if the element with buy now is removed.
I informed the developers about this problem and in the next update, a fix will be added, or maybe sooner.

Reinstalling the header doesn’t work.
It seems by the link you supplied this has been an issue for 2 months. Surely this needs to be a priority. Having a buy button to your theme is incredibly unprofessional
Also, I tried accessing the CSS screenshot to hide in CSS but there is no image!
So I’m still stuck with a buy button and NO ICONS!!

I am having the same issue as the previous poster. The icons were there and working but they disappeared. They are only visible on the Edit pages but not the public facing pages.

This thread is most frustrating, and additionally, this particular support person is not at all helpful and places no effort into discovering the problem before replying.
This was some time ago, so I cannot recall all the details exactly; but there is an issue with a small menu item that is present when you install the theme for the first time.
At the very top of the site on the highest menu bar, there is a “Buy now ->” menu item. If you remove this item or change it in any way; it breaks the entire header. See image here: http://crip.net.au/assets/buy.jpg
From memory; after I deleted this menu item; I spent many days trying to resolve it. I ended up deleting and re-importing the header again from the Cloud templates they offer.
It is not possible to remove this “Buy now –>” menu item and not corrupt the whole thing. To get around this I was able to select the element and change its status from Show to Hidden which solved the issue. Please see image here:https://crip.net.au/assets/tag.jpg
