Hi – we’ve a few pages on our site i.e. net zero transport ( https://secrhub.co.uk/carbon-reduction-partners/net-zero-transport/) that show in search results https://secrhub.co.uk/?s=net+zero – however using elementor as the page builder means it’s pulling through the code as the excerpt in the search results.
There is no excerpt field in the pages admin, and I can’t see any way to turn them on in the themepanel.
We want the results to show our pages, however need a better description to show than the code.
Any suggestions to how to get the excerpt enabled for pages and therefore allow us to show a description when people search?
Hi. The question is unrelated to be honest to elementor. We are wanting to know how to turn excerpts on for pages as a whole. Is it possible? How do we turn the function on as it’s not present at current for the Newspaper theme and pages?
