Hello,
Usually i see each item have the Display option(see picture)

after I set hidden for an item, I wonder how I can select that item and turn it show back?

Hello,
If you hide it on all the viewports then it is harder to render it. If you hide it only on some viewports, simply select another viewport, click on your element, click back on the old viewport and change the display setting.
