Wordpress version 3.9.
My admin is working perfectly fine.

Couple of things
a) WP 3.9 has some security issues; good idea to upgrade to 4x — if you have 3.9.3 you should likely be relatively safe. If still running “3.9” you should upgrade to 3.9.3 to remain secure!
b) NewsMag 1.7 has some issues due to adding some code for “latest” version of PHP which doesn’t play nice with some servers; so you may have to ask them to email you v1.6 ( contact@tagdiv.com) .
note about security fixes as of WP 4.01

I will be upgrading over the weekend. And I’ve contacted tagDiv for 1.6 version of the theme.
