Hello,
Currently, I’m migrating from another theme. The previous theme used shortcodes which I desperately need. I ask the support and their answer is:
“we have a migrator that gets the other theme’s shortcodes and changes them to ours, but if you want to use other themes you need to ask them to help you with that.”
Can you help me with this migration? What information do you need for checking?

Hi,
This depends on the shortcodes that were used, those shortcode were from that theme? If you import them on a default theme are still working? If yes, then should work with our theme too.
