I have the following query:
I made the connection between the web (www.soloestetica.cl) and Instagram business account. It worked perfectly and my number of Instagram followers appeared on my website.
The problem: the number of followers continued to rise on Instagram but the same number of followers appears on the web as when I made the connection between the web and Instagram. The number was not modified on my website, it is not updated day by day.
I made the link between the website and Instagram again after 3 weeks and the number was updated on my website.
But for this update to happen you have to connect with the web key and Instagram. It doesn’t happen automatically.
How can i solve this?

the number of Instagram followers should be updated automatically once a day (sometimes it may take longer due to cache and CDN plugins).
Indeed, one solution for updating the number of followers is the one mentioned by you.
Unfortunately, there are no other solutions for this at the moment.

Unfortunately the number of followers doesn´t update automatically once a day.
I think there is a problem with Newspaper template.
Am I the only one with this problem?

Hi,
Then please make another test, please remove the Instagram and Facebook account from the theme panel, disable and delete the tagDiv composer and reinstall it from Newspaper > plugin and set the accounts back in the theme panel. This should update the followers.
