Hi, lately i bought your theme and i am running ads on my site. The issue is that when someone visits my site from youtube, the ads gets broken like this: https://i.imgur.com/m1cgbYe.png

Every other visitor does not have this issue, it happens just for visitors what comes from youtube. I tried some things to fix it but didnt work. Can you please let me know why this is happening?

Hi,
Can you please provide a link where to inspect the problem, a link to access the website from YouTube in this way I can inspect the problem and see what can be the situation.
Thank you!

Here you have it: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC25DRLbb1ljGjZ4aEOdzpyg/community?lb=UgkxdBrRazuGVW3RfVrkC3pecfCOVuSlKug7

Please try on mobile too and when clicking scroll. I think the scroll brakes it.

Hi,
I checked your website, but, the strange thing is that for me are no ads disapplied, in rest everything looks normal. There is a background image that need to be removed from the theme panel (the image was deleted from media, but the link to it is not), please check here -> https://i.imgur.com/9a4hOhR.png
Here is a screen record for how it looks for me -> https://we.tl/t-WEGyW67EBy
Thank you!

Hi,
Indeed, the ads are disapplied on the mobile -> https://i.imgur.com/SJA8A1a.png -> https://i.imgur.com/WSr5r8z.png but for me they appear normal, maybe this problem is on mobile, do you know if the problem is on android or iOS?
Thank you!

No it is not opening normal in your device also: https://i.imgur.com/WSr5r8z.png

You can see the ad is not full at bottom, the buttons of ad are hidden.

If you click the link again from youtube and you scroll it will do the same for the other ads too. It is cutting the bottom of the ad, recheck it please.

It looks that this is the way that the ad it is coming, there is a small inline height set on the iframe of ad -> https://i.imgur.com/UK7DrkE.png and this can not be controlled by the theme.
Maybe this is caused by this extra parameter set on the link -> https://i.imgur.com/MvU7SQ3.png
Thank you!

No it is now ad fault. If yoy make more tests you will see thst sometimes it shows full of ad and then removed some of it.

Also to confirm that i have changed theme and the ads was perfectly well.

Hi,
The weird thing is that our theme does nothing to ads except to show the place where to appear. From what I’ve seen before and I see now the theme sets all the space for the ad, but the ad comes with an inline style (which is not controlled by the theme) and it has a lower height.
What I can do is to provide a css that i hope will be able to set the height on 100% height.
Please try this one
.single .tagdiv-type iframe{
height: 100%!important;
}

Please set the code in the theme panel > custom code> custom css.
I hope this will help!

That did not help anything. actually, it was broking youtube embed code, it was making it very small.

Hi,
I see. Maybe you can try this one
.single .tagdiv-type .adsbygoogle iframe{
height: 100%!important;
}

This one is triggering only the adsense ads, but is still possible to not work.
Thank you!
