Hi Support Team,
through the last days I modified my website http://www.motivationsheld.de with your powerful cloud templates. I like it a lot but there is one last problem:
Please have a look at this post:
https://www.motivationsheld.de/intrinsische-motivation-foerdern-intrinsisch-motiviert/
This is exactly how I want all of my posts (and 99% of them are). The “width” of all rows are stretched in ONE LINE with header and footer. This is perfect! I want each post in the same modification!
Note: I used the “Single Post Template 40 – Fast News” to make this modification.
My problem: Please have a look at those two posts:
1.) https://www.motivationsheld.de/selbstmotivation-lernen-9-tipps-gegen-fehlende-motivation-im-leben/
2.) https://www.motivationsheld.de/extrinsische-motivation-extrinsisch-motiviert/
You will see, that the “CONTENT WIDTH” of those two posts is streched in full.
In fact: In the template (Single Post Template 40 – Fast News) I have set all rows to “stretch row and content” (row stretch). And in the TagDiv Composer all rows are really stretched in full … BUT: In the front-end the width of 99% of the posts are only stretched as far as header and footer (excepting those two mentioned posts).
Question: Why? What did I wrong?
Many Thanks,
Oliver
Hello Bettina!
Something seems to be wrong here in my setup. But I don’t understand what I did wrong?
Please note this screenshot of my post:
https://www.screencast.com/t/OdHw9UVIkN
By clicking on that link (Single Post Template 40 – Fast News) everything is streched in full in the front-end. This is what I DON´T want. (but it only appears for this single post. All other posts are not effected)
Now please note this screenshot:
https://www.screencast.com/t/MQTqRUMqoIB
By clicking on that link (Global Template) everything is as I want it in the front-end of my post (but it only appears for this single post, all other posts are still the same). NOTE: THIS IS HOW I WANT ALL OF MY POSTS
Very strange: If I switch between those two options (links) in my categories, nothing happens. Both ways come out to a perfect layout-box which I want for my front-end.
Please note this video to understand exactly what I mean:

And in this context I have one more question. Please note this video:
https://www.screencast.com/t/uUI9vMceosW
I´m getting crazy with my navigation meu bar. Sometimes the sub-menu is available with the mouse and sometimes not …
Please note the video:
1. At first I go to a category. At the “top” menu and “sticky” menu the sub menu is perfectly available with my mouse
2. Then I go to a post. At the “top” menu the sub menu is available. But then I scroll down and the “sticky” menu appears … Please note how the sub menu disappears as soon as I go a little bit down with my mouse
3. The same thing happens on my home page (start page)
Question: What do I have to change in my back end to solve this problem?
Many Thanks,
Oliver
Hi,
The problem with the template is quite delicate, it would be easier if we had access to your website. Are background images on categories set in the theme panel -> https://i.imgur.com/sTdV1Zj.png
Indeed it seems to be a problem on the sticky menu, this problem persists if you use only the plugins in the theme, if yes, then please make a full backup for your website and please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and please provide wp-admin access. We’ll check the problem. Also please include the link of this topic to identify you!
Thank you!
