Hi. The free embedded mailchimp form can have multiple fields, such as name, number, etc. Is it possible to have that within current options of the newsletter plugin you are providing with the theme?
If not, could you please tell me which file(s) should edit to try and do this myself.

Hello!
No, the Newsletter will take only the email input.
You can change these files from here: wp-content\plugins\td-newsletter\styles\tds_newsletter
There are 8 files for every Newsletter style.
