How to make only titles clickable. But not the image

I am trying to reduce the amount on internal links om my front page.
I would like to make only the title clickable. And not the image so its not creating duplicate links to the same artcile from the front page

This theme seems to create two separate links for each post on the front page. An image link and the title link. This is so bad for seo.

This is why you urgently need to come up with a solution for NOFOLLOWING the flexblocks
My prior requests for adding a nofollow option to the flexblocks is now urgent.
