Website got Hacked with chinese and japanese characters

Hi Team,

I am using your theme from last few years on one of my website.
Some days before my website got hacked with some chinese or japanese words in meta tags and urls.

Have you ever got issue from any off your theme user, if yes how they have resolved the issue.

Is theme got affected with this type of hacked before.

how can I checked themes plugins and files is affected or not?

I want resolve my website issue and find out the loop whole.

And need to secure properly my website.
