Hello!
Under each post I fill “Meta description” box of SEO Yoats plugin. After that I copy that description to “Subtitle” field of the theme.
When I look source code of the site I see that the same description is added twice in code. Is this good for SEO or should I use only “Subtitle” field or just “SEO Yoats” field.
I’m a little confused. Can somebody ansewer me on that question?

You may wish to review the documentation for YOAST SEO on how to use that properly.
Subtitle is a secondary headline to appear in your post.
Normally you make your post, then add elements to the YOAST SEO box to “massage” how that information appears in SERPS (search results). The “description” is usually a summary, such as information from your first paragraph.

I write my post. Then I put my first paragraph in “Subtitle” field, after that I put content of the “Subtitle” space to Yoats “Meta description” box.
I am not sure if this is OK, because after reviewing code of the site I get:
meta name=”description” content=”Water is the first and most important step in your weight-loss journey etc.
and
meta property=”og:description” content=”Water is the first and most important step in your weight-loss journey etc.
I am not sure if this is duplicate description or not?
Can you help me with this. If it is duplicate I want write anything in “Subtitle” field of post.
