i just bought another copy of Newspaper and installed the prebuild-theme https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_news_hub_pro/ but i’m not able to change the colors.
I opened up the theme panel and edited the theme colors for theme accent color, active/hover text color and Buttons background/text color but nothing changed. Cache was clean of course, caching plugin is not enabled actually, so how do i change the colors from red to orange? 🙂

As i found out i have to change the color inside tagDiv Composer and not in the Theme Options, than it was working.

Yes, for Pro Prebuilt Websites, the changes are made with tagDiv Composer, from the frontend.
Also, you can use the Global Colors option from Manager -> Global Colors -> https://i.imgur.com/PM6VoBL.png
