I made my custom Home page. I’m looking for a way to add it to the Cloud templates -> Page Templates -> Homepage templates?

You should import a blank template which is empty and drag & drop the elements, save the page. Check this video from here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SoGQ0d5kIBg
