Column text update problem with wordpress 6.0

Hi,

I cant update any column text after upgrading wordpress 6.0 (with newspaper 15). I have no problem with wordpress 5.9.3. please help.

I’m having the same problem, when clicking on Edit Content it shows the spinning icon and doesn’t open the text editor.

Same problem here, Column Text Editor is not working on any of the websites.

Hi,

We are currently working on a fix for this problem, we will let you know when it is resolved.
For the moment, if you can roll back to 5.9.3, you can use a plugin called wp downgrade -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/wp-editor-jquery-is-not-defined/
Currently, version 11.5 is not compatible with the latest version of WordPress.
We will also add fixes for any issues that arise, with the latest version of WordPress in the next theme update.

Anamaria, is there another way to add shortcodes to the template pages instead of using the column text?
