How to do it correctly? And i have made some changes (add some code) to functions.php, style.css.

Try my upgrade guide (see sticky topic top of forum).
And you will need to re-apply your changes/customizations to the new version files, of course.

Hi,
Please make a backup of your current theme installation, so you can revert in case something goes wrong. Also follow our guide to update your theme, use FTP method: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme/ and update the plugins that come with the theme files from the /plugins folder: https://forum.tagdiv.com/update-the-visual-composer-plugin-wpbakery/
If you have any custom modifications in the theme’s files you will need to re-apply those.
