When I click on the mobile menu nothing happens. The search bar opens but not the menu. TripleHQ.com

and I just tried to deactivate my plugins and got this error
Fatal error: Call to undefined function visual_composer() in /home/content/p3pnexwpnas05_data02/16/2312116/html/wp-content/themes/Newspaper/functions.php on line 1618
now i cant get back in my admin panel.

Hi,
Please also try without any plugins active, leave just Visual Composer active and disable any js/css minification as you have this errot in the console: http://screencast.com/t/giTjHaPtmWo
