There are a lot of animations when we scroll to element it must be appearing animated way like fade in up, or fade in down etc.
I can’t explain it with example as you can check mostly websites use animations to present contnet.

I am facing another issue
I have 2 languages in system one is arabic and second is english.
I have settled up default language to arabic and now login signup pages are not working.
even I have translated login and signup pages to arabic version but unfortunately the login signup widget in header not working anymore.

I see that you are using the login modal from tagDiv opt-in builder, so you should have 2 pages, one for login and one for registration, do you have them? Also, those link should be display on the bottoms like this -> https://i.imgur.com/J3vvOCX.png yours is like this -> https://i.imgur.com/ZAhuaGX.png (there is no login or register page and only the homepage link). Those pages can be created using tagDiv Composer or you can simple generate one from opt-in builder in subscriptions > pages -> https://i.imgur.com/dpMn7Gg.png
