Second flex block offset not working

Hi, we have two Flex Block 1s on hour home page. The first is set to offset 0, limit 2. In between is an ad. The second block is identical to the first, except that the offset is set to 2 and the limit to 7. They are both set to the same category and both sorted by -Latest-. This is working correctly when I am editing the block, i.e. the third and fourth articles appear, but when I exit the editor, the second block actually offsets the articles by 4, not two. It skips the third and fourth articles in that category and begins showing the fifth article. I have cleared the caches at our host and in my browsers but the same thing continues to happen. We are using version 11.5.1 of the Newspaper theme. Any thoughts on why this might be happening are welcome.

Hello,
I did some tests and everything seems to be fine for me. Please try to leave that file blank instead of 0, and please make a test using only tagDiv plugins to make sure that no plugin interferes with the theme. (if you are using object cache please disable clear it)
Also, if there is still a problem, please provide the link to the page to inspect those 2 blocks.

Thanks, Calin. I set this up on our staging site:

https://r65staging.wpengine.com/

and I have no plugins other than the TagDiv ones enabled, but it still skips those two articles. The two in the Topic Highlights area below the top grid are posts #1 and #2 by date, then there is code for our ads (disabled) and below the ad code are actually the 5th and 6th posts in that category, it continues to skip the 3rd and 4th articles even though the offset for the first Flex block is blank and for the second Flex block it’s 2.

Hi,

If you had the opportunity to do a staging, can you please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide us access to the staging? This will make it easier for us to identify the problem.

Thank you!
