The Newsmag theme do not remove the space for the ad banner if this is not set.
What you can do is to use a custom css like this one:
.td-header-sp-rec .td-header-ad-wrap {
height: auto;
}
The code need to be set in the theme panel > custom code> custom css.
Also, I seen a problem. It seems that there is something wrong with this account, if you have another account please use that one, because this one seems suspicious and can be suspended.
