In my admin area on: https://forum.tagdiv.com/product_keys/
if I go to enter my key, the system returns the following message: This key is invalid.
But is the key I downloaded from my envato account.
In my envato account, if i check the download page, i see this:
Download not available
Item removed by either staff or the author
Can you help me please?

this thing is strange, I have not requested any refund ….
The only thing I can think of has happened, is the payment failed?
I try to verify this.

That theme is not provided by us.
The only themes that are provided by us are the Newsmag theme and Newspaper theme.
